In accordance with the legislative guarantees and the control of realization of immovable in the primary real estate market, the contract of participation in the Financing Fund of Construction (FFC) is the most reliable one.
Our company effects a sale of the flats through the FFC, class A, according to the law of Ukraine "About financial and credit mechanisms and real estate administration in construction of housing and operations with immovable." ¹ 978-IV from 19.06.2003
FFC - is a special account, into which "GRANTORS" (individuals or organizations) place money for construction, where they want to buy immovable. The "TRUSTEE", represented by the joint-stock bank (JSB) "FORUM" , realizes the control of purposive usage of the money, also it is the intermediary between the "GRANTORS" and the "REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER", represented by "GENSTROY LTD" LLC . The main function of the "TRUSTEE" - is the protection of interests of "GRANTORS" . The legislation clearly regulates the activity of FFC, and restricts the usage of the money as well as the bank (the "TRUSTEE") and the "REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER", the money go only to the construction of the project. FFC allows not only to draw upon a credit at the best price in the bank FORUM, but also to draw upon a credit in another bank.
At the present moment FFC is the most dependable approach of investment in the construction projects at the primary real estate market of Ukraine.
